Permanent magnet chuck process:
Shell: CNC gas cutting steel plate → milling blank → gas cutting bevel → milling semicircle → slotting → welding (two steel plates are welded together as the shell with stainless steel electrodes) → milling blank (finish milling) → end trimming (machining the shell length to the standard and equal size) → large and small bevel → milling R (place of lifting ring) → milling sign/label groove → boring (2 times:after one machine is rough boring, another machine is used for fine boring, so that the dimension is more standard and the shaft core of the suction cup can rotate more flexibly) → drilling → grinding the bottom surface for three times → assembly → putting on aluminum plate→ Hand grinding by grinder → trial drawing → wiping → assembly line painting → packaging
